Leadership

Meet Our Training Director

Ifedeyi Adebare-Egunjobi is the Founder and Training Director of International Languages Institute (ILI). A multilingual language educator with expertise in French and Chinese, she is passionate about equipping learners with practical language skills and creating opportunities for global education.

She has successfully completed internationally recognised Chinese language proficiency examinations, including HSK Levels 1–4 and the HSKK (Intermediate Speaking Test), and has also achieved excellent results in French language proficiency assessments. Through years of teaching and curriculum development, she has designed structured language programmes that make learning engaging, practical, and accessible for both schools and individual learners.

Under her leadership, ILI has established partnerships with schools in over 10 states of the federation, helping institutions and individuals offer structured online French and Chinese programmes without the need to hire full-time language teachers or increase staffing costs.

Her vision is to bridge the language gap in Africa by providing high-quality, internationally aligned language education that prepares learners for scholarships, international careers, cultural exchange, and global opportunities.
